Scott read a letter that was received from the Genesee County Board of |

Commissioners. The letter stated that for this budget
year, G. C. Sheriff would pay the |
|

administrative costs associated with
the contract for police services. |

Comment: |
Charles Warden, 13150 Clio, spoke
about his displeasure with the board on the way they |
|
|
|
have been handling the situation
with his neighbors pond and property.
He would like the |
|
|
|
board to require every resident to
follow the ordinances. Mr. Warden was
informed that |
|
|
|
a ticket has been issued and that
action concerning this matter is being handled in court. |
|

Senior
Center toilets. Moved by Fuller,
seconded by Taylor to send a strong letter to |

|
|
CHMP (the Senior Center architect)
stating that it is their responsibility to replace the |

|

toilets at the center at no cost to
the township. |

Mark Corba, stated that the 30-year
transportation plan and the "Trail" plan is now available. |

residents who are connected to the sewer lines only are unhappy |

and Jeff Wright and ask them to attend a meeting to discuss |
|
|
|
the billing system with
the township board and residents.
McKerchie stated that a meeting |
|
|
|
can be scheduled. |
