Trustees:  Fuller, Ridley, Taylor, Zinn
Previous Minutes: Moved by Scott, seconded by Luttenbacher to adopt the October 15,2007 minutes
as presented. All in favor
Bills: Bills in the amount of $9,360.82 were presented.  Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by 
Ridley to approve the bills.

Nays - None Motion passed
Changes: * Remove number 8, Clio High School police liaison, discussion
* Add Genesee County Regional Fire Authority, (Resolution No. 11-05-07-19)
* Add Letter of support for Clio Area School District to apply for grants from the Ruth Mott
foundation.
Correspondence: Clerk Scott read a letter that was received from the Genesee County Board of 
Commissioners.  The letter stated that for this budget year, G. C. Sheriff would pay the
administrative costs associated with the contract for police services.
Public Comment: Charles Warden, 13150 Clio, spoke about his displeasure with the board on the way they
have been handling the situation with his neighbors pond and property.  He would like the
board to require every resident to follow the ordinances.  Mr. Warden was informed that
a ticket has been issued and that action concerning this matter is being handled in court.
Unfinished Business: Senior Center toilets.  Moved by Fuller, seconded by Taylor to send a strong letter to 
CHMP (the Senior Center architect) stating that it is their responsibility to replace the
toilets at the center at no cost to the township.
Metro Alliance: Mark Corba, stated that the 30-year transportation plan and the "Trail" plan is now available.
New Business:
1. Michigan Township Association Appreciation dinner/meeting.  Moved by Scott, seconded 
by Ridley to allow the Township board and office staff to attend the dinner/meeting.

2. Burn Permits.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by Fuller to change the expiration date on the
burn permit from 6 months to 1 year. All in favor
3. Set a Public Hearing on the "Business District Development Plan and Tax Increment
Financing Plan Update", Monday, November 19, 2007, 5:30 p.m., at Vienna Township
3400 W. Vienna Road, Clio, MI.
ROLL CALL: Yeas - Ridley, Taylor, Zinn, McKerchie, Scott, Luttenbacher, Fuller
Nays - None Motion passed
4. MTA Conference, registration for the Treasurer and Clerk.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by 
Ridley to allow the Treasurer and Clerk attend the conference.

5. Water system (Resolution No. 11-05-07-17).  Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by Ridley

6. Bond obligation, (Resolution No. 11-05-07-18).  Moved by Scott, seconded by Luttenbacher

7. 2007 - 2008 Membership for the Clio Area Historical Association.  Moved by Fuller,
seconded by Zinn to apy $25.00 for the 2007 - 2008 program.

Nays - None Motion passed
8. Clio High School police liaison.  This item was removed.
9. Support for a letter of intent written by the Clio Area School District for two grant applica-
tions to the Ruth Mott Foundation.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by Scott to write a letter of
support. All in favor
10. Genesee County Regional Fire Authority, (Resolution No. 11-05-07-19).  Moved by Taylor,
seconded by Zinn to adopt the resolution.

Nays - None Motion passed
Board Comment: Ridley stated that many residents who are connected to the sewer lines only are unhappy
with the amount of the bills they are receiving from Genesee County.  She would like to 
contact Hammel, Bailey and Jeff Wright and ask them to attend a meeting to discuss
the billing system with the township board and residents.  McKerchie stated that a meeting
can be scheduled.
