Roll Call: Present: Belill, Scott, Luttenbacher, Fuller, Ridley, Taylor, Zinn
Absent: None All present
Previous Minutes: December 20, 2010.  Moved by Zinn, seconded by Luttenbacher to approve the minutes as presented.
All in favor
Bills: Bills in the amount of $2,397.00 were presented.  Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by Ridley to
approve the bills as presented.

Nays - None Motion passed
Addition to the
Agenda: Dangerous Building Hearing Officer
Correspondence: Clerk Scott stated that the board members received 4 letters from current and previous Business
Development Authority board members discussing the appointments of the BDA boards.
Public Comment:
1. Stella Dewar, 1040 W. Hollywood, stated that the roof of the house across the street has collapsed.
She would like the house demolished.
2. Vernon Curtis, 5379 Vienna Rd., read a letter from Randy Taylor asking to be reappointed to the BDA
board.  Curtis would like an apology from the Supervisor for her comment about the BDA board being
unethical.  He would also like a retraction from the Herald about the comment.
3. Larry Eaton, 11438 Linden Rd., is disappointed with the removal of the BDA board members.  He feels
that there should be more experienced members to help the new members.  He is disappointed about
the Supervisors comments about the removed members being unethical.  He would like her to
apologize if she cannot prove that they were unethical.
4. Susan Newman, 13120 Cottonwood, asked the Supervisor how she serves the residents when she is
at the township only one day a week.  Mrs. Newman asked who did the Supervisors job when she is
not at the office.
Unfinished Business: Board appointments.
Planning commission.  Moved by Belill, seconded by Scott to approve the appointments as presented.

Nays - Fuller, Taylor Motion passed
Appeal Board.  Moved by Belill, seconded by Zinn to approve the appointments as presented.

Nays - Fuller, Ridley, Taylor, Zinn, Scott, Luttenbacher Motion denied
Fire Authority.  It was noted that Dennis Fuller is no longer on the Fire Authority Board.
Business Development Authority. Moved by Belill, seconded by Ridley to approve the appointments
as presented.

Nays - Ridley, Taylor, Zinn, Scott, Luttenbacher, Fuller Motion denied
Board of Review.  Moved by Belill, seconded by Luttenbacher to approve the Board of Review
appointments as presented.

New Business:
1. Set a public hearing, Monday, February 7, 2011, 5:30 p.m.  Conversion of .43 acres of Grant
Assisted property located at the Clio Area Youth Sports Complex, 1495 Hurd Rd. to 3.6 acres at
Vienna Road and Linden Road. All in favor
2. Dangerous Building Hearing Officer.  Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by Zinn to hire Jefferson
Riley as the Dangerous Building Hearing Officer.

Nays - None Motion passed
Board Comments: Scott stated that a Representative from the Mission of Hope will be at the Township on Wednesday,
January 26, 2011 from 6 until 9 p.m. to do a census on the homeless.
Fuller stated that he was upset with the Supervisors performance and he would like her to resign.
Belill said that she would like to give new people a chance to serve on the boards.  She also stated
that the BDA meeting was unethical not the members.
Moved to adjourn at 6:20.
