| Treasurer's Report: | Luttenbacher presented the Treasurer's report for December, 2007. | ||||||||
| Supervisor's Report: | McKerchie stated that the Road Commission will be working on the light at Vienna and | ||||||||
| Plaza Drive by the Senior Center entrance. The light should be working correctly soon. | |||||||||
| Correspondence: | Clerk Scott stated that he received 11 letters from residents protesting the high increase in | ||||||||
| in the sewer rates. | |||||||||

| 1. | Genesee County sewer rate increase discussion. Jeff Wright and John O'Brien from the | ||||||||
| Genesee County Drain Commission and approximately 60 residents attended the Township | |||||||||
| Board meeting. Wright answered questions from the residents and the board concerning | |||||||||
| the flat rate (sewer only) increase. | |||||||||
| 2. | 5-year Park and Recreation Plan, Public hearing. Moved by Scott, seconded by Zinn to | ||||||||
| set the Public Hearing for Monday, March 3, 2008, 5:30 p.m. at the Vienna Township Hall. | |||||||||

| 3. | A resolution approving an interjurisdictional agreement between the County of Genesee, | ||||||||
| acting through it's County Agency, a Michigan municipal Agency, established by the G. C. | |||||||||
| Board of Commissioners pursuant to Act 342, Public Acts of Michigan of 1939 and the | |||||||||
| Township of Vienna, Genesee County, Michigan, a Michigan Municipal Corporation, | |||||||||
| Resolution No. 02-04-08-02. Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by Zinn to adopt the | |||||||||
