Legion Auxiliary Poppy Sale
At a
regular meeting of the Township Board of the Charter Township of Vienna,
Genesee County, Michigan, held on the ______ day of _____________, 2008, at
5:30 P. M. Local Time.

After discussion, the following resolution was offered by __________ and seconded by _____________:
WHEREAS,
May 15, 16 and 17, 2008 are the days set for the American Legion Poppy Drive;
and
WHEREAS, the American Legion has
been raising money by selling poppy’s for many years; and
WHEREAS, the American Legion will
use the money raised by selling poppy’s for Veterans and their families, who
are in need of help; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
that the Charter Township of Vienna values the American Legion and all that
they due for the community and gives the American Legion permission to solicit
donations in order to help the veterans.
