An Ordinance to amend Vienna Township Ordinance No. 363,
entitled “Vienna Township Zoning Ordinance”, adopted March 21, 2005, and
effective April 29, 2005.
THE
SECTION I
Vienna Township Ordinance No. 363, entitled “Vienna
Township Zoning Ordinance”, adopted March 21, 2005, and effective April 29,
2005, and the Zoning District Map attached thereto and made a part thereof, as
amended, is hereby further amended according to Section 1205, as follows:

The above described property to be rezoned from, RU-1
(Single Family Residential District) to I-2 (General Industrial District).
SECTION II
Penalty for violation of this ordinance shall be the same
as cited in Article 29, Section 29.03 of Vienna Township Ordinance No. 190, of
which this ordinance is amendatory.
This ordinance shall become effective 30 days after
publication, pursuant to the provisions of Section 5, Act 184 of the Public
Acts of 1943, as amended.
