Previous Minutes: Moved by Zinn, seconded by Ridley to adopt the January 16, 2007 minutes as presented.
All in favor
Treasurers Report: Luttenbacher presented the report for December, 2006.
Bills: Bills in the amount of $9,656.10 were presented.  Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by 
Zinn to approve the bills.

Changes to the
agenda: Remove items 1, 2, and 6
New Business:
1. BDA, district 2.  Attorney Kilby spoke on plans to expand the BDA area to Saginaw St.
He stated that the BDA will pay to have the area established and will pay for the develop-
ment plan.  The process should take approximately 1 year.  It Is the consensus of the
Township Board that it would be a good project and to proceed with the project.
2. Liquor License, Resolution No. 02-05-07-01, 6468 Vienna Rd.  Moved by Fuller, seconded
by Scott to adopt the resolution.

3. Fire Authority amendments.  Moved by Fuller, seconded by Zinn to approve the amend-
ments to the agreement.

4. Deputy Clerk education request.  Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded by Zinn to approve the
cost of the class, (including mileage).

5. 2007 Lawn Care.  Moved by Fuller, seconded by Zinn to contract with Clio Lawn Care for
the 2007 season.

6. Public needs hearing, Community Development funds.  Moved by Luttenbacher, seconded
by Zinn to open the public needs hearing at 6:22.

Nays - None Motion passed
Public comment
1. Frank Lemieux, 11155 Jennings, would like to have tornado 
sirens installed at the four corners of the township.
The following needs were discussed for the Community Development funds.
1. 15% of Senior Center operation
2. Extend parking lot at the Senior Center
3. Extend sidewalks through Pine Run
4. Frances Road streetscape
5. Senior Center furnishings
After discussion of the board it was moved by Fuller, seconded by Ridley to list the
priorities for the use of the Community Development money as previously listed.
