CLIO AREA FIRE AUTHORITY
	MEETING
	NOVEMBER 13, 2007
	The meeting was called to order by Vice-Chairperson Smith, who led the Pledge of
	Allegiance.
Members Present:	Bob Smith, Paul Luttenbacher, Cassie Schiebel, Shelly Ayotte, and John Congdon.
Members Absent:      Luttenbacher, and John	Cindy Hicks, Dennis Fuller and Dave Phillips.
Also Present:	Chief Domerese, and Asst. Chief Paulson.
Visitors/Comm:	None.
Communications:	None.
Minutes:	Motion by Luttenbacher, seconded by Ayotte to approve the minutes of 10-9-07 as
	presented. All ayes, motion carries.
Bills:	Motion by Luttenbacher, seconded by Schiebel to approve the bills in the amount of
	$ 65,686.72.  Roll call vote. All ayes, motion carries.
Treasurer's Rept:	Motion by Ayotte, seconded by Schiebel to approve the report as presented. All ayes,
	motion carries. Treasurer Luttenbacher mentioned that two accounts were over budget
	and will be corrected.
Chief's Report:	1. Rehire firefighter.
	2. Purchasing Policy.
	3. See attached report.
Old Business:	None.
New Business:	1. Motion by Schiebel, seconded by Luttenbacher to rehire Aaron Snider.
	All ayes, motion carries.
	2. Motion by Luttenbacher, seconded by Schiebel to approve the purchase of  $200
	from Acct 807 for computer software.  Roll call vote. All ayes, motion carries.
	3. Discussion on Purchase Policy. Chief will make changes and bring back to the next
	meeting.
Other Business:	Monthly run report.
Board Comments:	1. Cassie Schiebel asked for an update on the Roxberry Ct. issues.
	2. Chief Domerese said the City of Clio has contracted with the Schools to service the
	City vehicles, and the Fire Department is looking into working with them too.
	The next regular meeting will by December 11, 2007, 4:30pm at St # 1.
	The meeting was adjourned at 5:05pm.
