CLIO AREA FIRE AUTHORITY
	MEETING
	NOVEMBER 13, 2008
	The meeting was called to order by Vice-Chairperson Smith, who led the Pledge of
	Allegiance.
Members Present:	Bob Smith, Paul Luttenbacher, Shelly Ayotte, Mike Zinn,  Eileen Marshall, and
	Randy Taylor.
Members Absent:      Luttenbacher, and John	Dave Phillips and Dennis Fuller.
Also Present:	Chief Domerese, and Asst. Chief Paulson.
Visitors/Comm:	None.
Communications:	Thank you from the Lutheran Church.
Minutes:	Motion by Fuller, seconded by Marshall to approve the minutes of 10-14-08.
	All ayes, motion carries.
Bills:	Motion by Zinn, seconded by Marshall to approve the bills in the amount of
	$ 93,651.80.  Roll call vote. All ayes, motion carries.
Treasurer's Rept:	Motion by Marshall, seconded by Taylor to approve the report as presented. All ayes,
	motion carries.
Chief's Report:	1. Purchase request

Old Business:	1. Audit. Motion by Zinn, seconded by Luttenbacher to accept the 07/08 audit report
	as presented. All ayes, motion carries.
New Business:	1. Motion by Marshall, seconded by Zinn to approve the purchase from # 979 for
	$325.00.  Roll call vote.  All ayes, motion carries.
	2. Motion by Marshall, seconded by Zinn to approve the purchase from # 775 for
	$1336.00.  Roll call vote. All ayes, motion carries.
Other Business:	1. Monthly run report.

	The next regular meeting will by December 9, 2008, 4:30pm at St # 1.
