CLIO AREA FIRE AUTHORITY
	MEETING
	SEPTEMBER 9, 2008
	The meeting was called to order at 4:30pm by Vice-Chairperson Smith , who led the
	Pledge of Allegiance.
Members Present:	Bob Smith, Paul Luttenbacher, Mike Zinn, Shelly Ayotte, Eileen Marshall, and John
	Congdon.
Members Absent:	Dave Phillips, Dennis Fuller.
Also Present:	Asst. Chief Paulson and Batt. Chief Bloss.
Visitors/Comment:	None.
Minutes:	Motion by Luttenbacher, seconded by Marshall to approve the minutes of 8-12-08 as
	presented. All ayes, motion carries.
Bills:	Motion by Zinn, seconded by Luttenbacher to approve the bills in the amount of
	$ 12,645.26.  Roll call vote. All ayes, motion carries.
	Dennis Fuller entered the meeting at 4:40pm.
Treasurer's Rept:	The Treasurer's report was given by Paul Luttenbacher.
	Motion by Marshall, seconded by Zinn to accept the report as presented.
	All ayes, motion carries.
Chief's Report:	The Chief's report was presented by Asst. Chief Paulson.
	1. Remove firefighter.
	2. See attached report.
Old Business:	None.
New Business:	1. Remove Herb Thompson. Motion by Zinn, seconded by Luttenbacher to remove
	Herb Thompson. All ayes, motion carries.
	2. GCR Tires. Motion by Marshall, seconded by Zinn to accept the quote from GCR
	tires for $ 5124.00 for trucks 16 & 28. Roll call vote. All ayes, motion carries.
	3. Circle K. Motion by Eileen, seconded by Fuller to repair truck 24-17. Roll call vote.
	All ayes, motion carries.
Other Business:	Monthly run totals.
Board Comments:	None.
	The next regular meeting will be October 14, 2008 at Station # 1.
	The meeting was adjourned at 5:10 pm.
