The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by President Mike Zinn.  Those present were Mike Zinn, Sue Thomas, Sandra Vuillemot, Gregg Bryan, Eileen Marshall, and librarian Darwin McGuire.   Those absent were Sue Smith and GDL representative Trenton Smiley.

MINUTES:  A motion by E. Marshall to approve the minutes of November 10, 2010, seconded by S. Thomas.  All yeas.

LIBRARIAN’S REPORT:  Door count is still very strong and circulation is down but that is due to the hours that have been cut at the library to meet its budget.  Those hours have been cut 43% since 2009.  The Karate demo was held November 6th with 26 adults, 10 children and 2 teens attending for a total of 28.  The Clio Book Club net November 2nd with 7 people in attendance.  December 9th at 2:00 p.m. will be a Resume Writing program and on Thursday the 16th at 2:00 p.m. a follow up program will present Interviewing Skills.  Remember the Used Book Sale on February 5, 2011.

BILLS:  A motion by S. Thomas to pay the bills in the amount of $3.091.31 for the month of November, 2010, seconded by E. Marshall.  All yeas.

OLD BUSINESS:  Terminex will send a refund in the amount of $508.52 for the cancellation of the contract.  Orkin will begin treatments on December 23, 2010.  In the spring repairs need to be made to the bike rack out front.   It also needs to be secured to the concrete.  The rack does get a lot of use during the warmer months.
