	PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
	January 11, 2010
	Chairperson  Curtis opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present:	Vernon Curtis, Gery Giltinan, Mike Zinn, Ben Ranger, Doug Chilson, Pat Bowdish,
	Max Schweitzer, Bob Palmer, Marie Canterbury and Nancy Belill
Absent:	none
Minutes:	Motion by Mike Zinn, seconded by Gery Giltinan to approve the minutes of December 29,
	2009 as presented.  All ayes, motion carries.
Election of Off:	Motion by Ben Ranger, seconded by Mike Zinn to keep Vernon Curtis as Chairperson and
	Gery Giltinan as Secretary; Motion by Doug Chilson, seconded by Mike Zinn to keep
	Ben Ranger as Vice-Chairperson

Petitions:	None
Unfin Business:	Discussions on letter to new homeowners and what legally can be done to stop all the work
	being done without permits.
New Business:	CGI Communications, Inc - Video Tour Book
	Marie will be contacting CGI to see if they would be willing to give a presentation
	on their video tour book to see if it will be feasible for Vienna.  She will also invite the
	Clio Chamber of Commerce and Regional Planning to the meeting.
