CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF VIENNA
	PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
	FEBRUARY 26, 2007
	Chairperson Curtis opened the meeting at 6:00pm and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present:	Vernon Curtis, Ben Ranger, Gery Giltinan,  Doug Chilson, Max Schweitzer, Mike
	Zinn, and Mary Johnson.
Absent:	John Krieger.
Minutes:	Motion by Zinn, seconded by Chilson to approve the minutes of February 12, 2007
	as presented.  All ayes, motion carries.
Additions/	None.
Changes:
Comm:	None.
Petitions:	None.
Unfinished Bus.	None.
New Business:	1. Set Public Hearing for the Revised Planning Commission By-Laws.
	Because of the new Act 110 of the Public Acts of 2006 the by-laws need revisions.
	Motion by Ranger,  seconded by Curtis to set this hearing for March 12, 2007.
	All ayes, motion carries.
	The meeting was adjourned at 6:15pm.
