CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF VIENNA
	PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
	JUNE 22, 2009
	Chairperson Curtis opened the meeting at 6:00pm and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present:	Vernon Curtis, Pat Bowdish, Gery Giltinan, Doug Chilson, Mike Zinn, Ben Ranger, Bob
	Palmer and Mary Johnson.
Absent:	Max Schweitzer.
Minutes:	Motion by Zinn, seconded by Bowdish to approve the minutes of June 8, 2009 as
	presented.  All ayes, motion carries.
Additions/Chgs:	None.
Communications	None.
Repts of Comm:	None.
Petitions:	None.
Unfinished Bus:	None.
New Business:	1. Clio Michigan Associates LLC represented by Ron Ireland, Architect,  presented a
	final site plan for 11307 N. Linden Rd. This is a outlot in the PUD on Linden Rd.
	They are proposing a 15,000 sq. ft building with a Dollar Tree leasing 10,000 sq. ft. There
	is no leasee for the 5,000 sq. ft. as of yet. Mr. Ireland said the new plans show the
	extended bike path. They will purchase the south 80 or so feet and add to their outlot.

	Board Comments:
	Vernon Curtis asked about the dumpster, and suggested it be modeled after Lucky's.
	Motion by Ranger, seconded by Zinn to approve the final site plan as presented,
	contigent upon approval letters from Water & Waste and Soil Erosion, that the PUD
	landscaping design be followed, and that the dumpster be bricked with a cement
	approach pad. Roll call vote. All ayes, motion carries.
	The meeting was adjourned at 6:30pm.
