PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES JULY 9, 2007 |

| Chairperson Curtis opened the meeting at 6:00pm and led the Pledge of Allegiance. | |
| Present: | Vernon Curtis, Pat Bowdish, Max Schweitzer, Gery Giltinan, Doug Chilson, and Mary |
| Johnson. | |
| Absent: | Ben Ranger, Mike Zinn, and Bob Palmer. |
| Minutes: | Motion by Schweitzer, seconded by Chilson to approve the minutes of June 25, 2007 |
| All ayes, motion carries. | |
| Additions/Chgs: | None. |
| Communications | None. |
| Repts of Comm: | None. |
| Petitions: | 1. Final Site Plan for Vienna Towns Square Phase 1. |
| Joe Dwyer was present and spoke on the project. He said they made the two changes | |
| the Commission had requested. Parapets and the awning will be attached instead of | |
| hanging. Mr. Dwyer also said they made another change by spliting the one building | |
| into two. There will be concrete between the two building. | |
| Audience comments: | |
| 1. Kevin Lonsway asked if they will keep all the moved soil on site. Mr. Dwyer said yes. | |
| Board comments: | |
| 1. Vernon Curtis asked if they would place a bike rack somewhere on the site. Mr. | |
| Dwyer was agreeable. Curtis also asked about a sidewalk. Mr. Dwyer will check to see | |
| if it permissable to have it in the right-a-way. | |
| Motion by Curtis seconded by Chilson to approve the Final Site Plan with the additions | |
| of a bike rack and sidewalk in the future. | |
| Roll call vote. All ayes, motion carries. | |
