CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF VIENNA
	PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
	DECEMBER 10, 2007
	Chairperson Curtis opened the meeting at 6:00pm and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present:	Vernon Curtis, Gery Giltinan,  Doug Chilson, Max Schweitzer, Ben Ranger, Mike Zinn,
	Pat Bowdish, Bob Palmer, and Mary Johnson.
Absent:	None.
Minutes:	Motion by Schweitzer, seconded by Zinn to approve the minutes of 11-26-07 as
	presented.  All ayes, motion carries.
Additions/	None.
Changes:
Comm/Visitors:	None.
Repts of Comm:	None.
Petitions:	1. Set Public Hearing for Eastern Michigan Church of the Nazarene, Special Land Use,
	Secretary Giltinan read the Public Notice and made the motion to set the Public
	Hearing for January 14, 2008 at 13073 N. Clio Rd. Seconded by Zinn. All ayes, Motion
	carries.
	2. Set Public Hearing for Lenny Short Rezoning at 3423 Field Rd.
	Secretary Giltinan read the Public Notice and made the motion to set the Public
	Hearing for January 14, 2008. Seconded by Zinn. All ayes, motion carries.
Unfinished Bus:	None.
New Business:	1. Proposed changes to By-Laws.
	Change Art. VIII, Sec 1, second line to read " This committee shall consist of not more
	than three members who shall act when requested by the Chairman." This and any
	other changes will be brought before the Commission at the next meeting.
	2. Master Plan discussion. Any changes will be brought before the Commission at
	the next meeting.
	The meeting was adjourned at 6:35pm.
