| Chairperson Curtis opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and led the Pledge of Allegiance. | |||

| Absent: | Max Schweitzer, Doug Chilson, Pat Bowdish and Bob Palmer | ||
| Minutes: | Motion by Mike Zinn, seconded by Gery Giltinan to approve the minutes of November 9, | ||
| 2009 as presented. All ayes, motion carries. | |||

| New Business: | 1. Foreclosed homes | ||
| All present were involved in the discussion of what can be done to the homes in the | |||
| Township that were foreclosed on and vacant. Ben Ranger stated that something was | |||
| needed that would be forceful enough that people listened, if not it would be ignored. | |||
| He also suggested that the ones that were remodeled without permits be tagged. A letter | |||
| was to be drafted that would be sent to new owners, with a copy brought to the next meeting | |||
| for input. | |||

| It was decided no change was needed in the sign ordinance, only enforcement of the | |||
| existing. | |||
