VIENNA TOWNSHIP BOARD OF APPEALS

 

 

 

Members present: Doug Fillmore, Dick Scott, Norm Rolison, Vernon Curtis, and Jason Hardy.

 

Absent:                   None.

 

Also Present:          Dennis Fuller, 5035 Old Barn Ln.

                                Wayne Wilsey, Signs by Crannie

 

Minutes:                Motion by Rolison, seconded by Hardy, to approve the minutes

        of  February 8, 2009 as presented.  All ayes, motion carries.

 

 

New Business:       Dennis Fuller & Wayne Wilsey were present requesting a  7 sq.ft.

                                variance to the existing Sunoco sign to advertise an ATM at

                                Webster & Garner, 3346 W. Vienna Rd.

 

                                Audience comments: None.

 

                        Motion by Rolison, seconded by Hardy to grant a 7 sq.ft. variance

                        to the existing sign at 3346 W. Vienna Rd. Parcel # 18-15-300-071.

                        Roll call vote. All ayes, motion carries.

 

 

 

 

With no other business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:10pm.
