VIENNA TOWNSHIP BOARD OF APPEALS

 

 

 

Members present: Doug Fillmore, Dick Scott, Norm Rolison, Vernon Curtis, and Jason Hardy.

 

Absent:                   None.

 

Also Present:          Troy Sawade, 9315 N. Clio Rd.              

                               

 

Minutes:                Motion by Curtis, seconded by Hardy, to approve the minutes

        of  February 26, 2009 as presented.  All ayes, motion carries.

 

 

New Business:       Troy Sawade, 9315 N. Clio Rd. was present requesting a 29'

                                depth variance to operate a non-commercial kennel. Ten acres

                                are required, and he has 9.71.      

 

 

                                Audience comments: None.

 

                        Motion by Curtis, seconded by Rolison to grant a 29' depth variance

                        to 9315 N. Clio Rd. Parcel # 18-34-526-012, to make the 10 acres

                        required. Roll call vote. All ayes, motion carries.

 

 

 

 

With no other business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:10pm.
