VIENNA TOWNSHIP BOARD OF APPEALS

 

 

 

Members present: Doug Fillmore, Jason Hardy, Norm Rolison, and Vernon Curtis.

 

Absent:                   Dick Scott.

 

Also Present:          Ed Boyer, Agent for Walther Farms.

 

Minutes:                Motion by Hardy, seconded by Curtis, to approve the minutes

        of June 4, 2009 as presented.  All ayes, motion carries.

 

New Business:

 

1.      Walther Farms are requesting a variance on Parcel # 18-03-300-012, vacant land

on W. Lake Rd. Ed Boyer, Agent for Walther Farms said the required frontage is

165" and they will only have 139.19'. If allowed this split will require a 25.81'

frontage variance. 

 

 

Audience comments: None.

 

Motion by Curtis, seconded by Hardy to grant the requested variance on Parcel

# 18-03-300-012.

Roll call vote. All ayes, motion carries.
