Members present: Doug Fillmore, Jason Hardy, Dick Scott, Vernon Curtis, and Max

                                Schweitzer.

 

Absent:                   None.

Minutes:                Motion by Curtis, seconded by Hardy, to approve the minutes

        of June 25, 2009 as presented.  All ayes, motion carries.

 

New Business:       Steven Lee, Etal, 6444 W. Dodge Rd. Parcel # 18-30-300-007.

                          The parties are wanting to split the property into four parcels.

 

Audience comments: Anne Parker, 6470 W. Dodge Rd. objected to the driveway on

                                   Parcel D being so close to her house.

                             There were 28 letters sent.

 

Motion by Curtis, seconded by Scott to grant the requested variances:

Parcel A: A 10' frontage variance and a 35,970 sq. ft. area variance.

Parcel B: A 20.5' frontage variance and a 39,435 sq. ft variance.

Parcel C: A 20.5' sq. ft. variance. 

Roll call vote. All ayes, motion carries.

 

Motion by Curtis, seconded by Hardy to grant a 99' frontage variance to

Parcel D with the provision that it will only be used as a driveway.

Roll call vote. All ayes, motion carries.

 

With no other business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:40pm.
