Notice of Virtual Public Hearings Monday, September 21, 2020

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 A public hearing will be held by the Vienna Township Planning Commission on Monday, September 21, 2020 at 5:30 p.m.  The hearing will take place virtually via Zoom in accordance with Executive Order No. 2020-154 on July 30, 2020 allowing remote participation in public meetings and hearings for public bodies subject to the Open Meetings Act.

The Commission will seek public input on a request for special land use by Clio Shopping Center LLC to allow them to have a drive thru window at the former Classic Coney Island building located at 2135 W Vienna Rd.    The Planning Commission will also seek public input on a request for rezoning the property located at 5458 W Vienna Rd from OST (Office Service Transition) to RU-1 (One Family Residential) for the purpose of keeping it a residential home.

This meeting is open to the public.  Interested parties can examine the application and plans on the Vienna Township website located at www.viennatwp.com, or by calling the building department at 810-686-7676 to arrange a time to see them.  Written comments will be received at the Vienna Township Office until 5:00 p.m. on the hearing date and can be emailed to dmcdonagh@viennatwp.com
