VIENNA TOWNSHIP REZONING ORDINANCE

No. 436

            An Ordinance to amend Vienna Township Ordinance No. 363, entitled “Vienna Township Zoning Ordinance”, adopted March 21, 2005, and effective April 29, 2005.

 THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF VIENNA ORDAINS:

SECTION I

             Vienna Township Ordinance No. 363, entitled “Vienna Township Zoning Ordinance”, adopted March 21, 2005, and effective April 29, 2005, and the Zoning District Map attached thereto and made a part thereof, as amended, is hereby further amended according to Section 1205, as follows:

 18-21-100-052 – A part of VL Hobson Drive described as

ALL THAT PART OF THE NW ¼ OF SECTION 21, T9N, R6E, VIENNA TOWNSHIP, GENESEE COUNTY, MI, DESCRIBED AS:  COMMENCING AT THE N ¼ CORNER OF SAID SECTION 21; TH S 89.18’40” W 33.17 FT, ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID NW ¼; THENCE S 00.16’34” E 634.06 FT, TO THE SOUTHERLY ROW  LINE OF HOBSON DRIVE, AS CONVEYED TO THE GCRC IN QUIT CLAIM DEED DATED AUGUST 2, 1999, FOR THE PLACE OF BEGINNING OF THIS DESCRIPTION: TH CONTINUING S 00.16’34” E 687.61 FT; TH N 89.32’34” W 167.12 FT; TH N 00.15’20” W 691.61 FT, TO THE SOUTHERLY ROW LINE OF SAID HOBSON DR; TH E 167.01 FT, ALONG SAID SOUTHERLY ROW LINE BEING A 2,329.40 FOOT RADIUS CURVE TO THE LEFT HAVING A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 04.13’36” AND A CHORD WHICH BEARS S 88.10’09” E 166.97 FT, TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.  SUBJECT TO ALL EASEMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD. CONTAINING 114,986 SF (2.64 A), MORE OR LESS.

             The above described property to be rezoned from, RU-1 (One Family Residential District) to C-4 (Highway Commercial District).

 SECTION II

            Penalty for violation of this ordinance shall be the same as cited in Article 29, Section 29.03 of Vienna Township Ordinance No. 190, of which this ordinance is amendatory.

             This proposed ordinance shall be brought up for final reading and possible adoption on Monday, October 9, 2017.
