NOTICE OF FINAL READING AND ADOPTION

At a Regular Meeting, on May 08, 2023, The Vienna Township Board held their Final Reading and Adopted Ordinance 457, which shall be known as the Vienna Township Construction Code Ordinance. This repeals Charter Township of Vienna Ordinance Number 333 Article VII, Penalties and other Remedies, Section 7.01, changed from a misdemeanor to violations. MONDAY, APRIL 10, 2023

At a Regular Meeting, on April 10, 2023, The Vienna Township Board held their First Reading of an ordinance to repeal Charter Township of Vienna Ordinance Number 333 and to adopt an Ordinance which shall be known as the Vienna Township Construction Code Ordinance. Article VII, Penalties and other Remedies, Section 7.01, changed from a misdemeanor to violations. The Final Reading and possible adoption will be May 8, 2023.
